Flash & Dreamweaver Drop-down menus
Here is a little simple video of a flash navigation I found using Actionscript 2:
I’ve been working with flash for a while, but it never gets easier. I think I know a lot and then I look online and “boom”, I see all these possible navigations for my site. I get overwhelmed sometimes. Should I know how to make every little one of them? I guess so. The fun part of all this is trying to figure them out as if they were puzzles. You think: “Well if I use this over here and this actionscript I could get this result, but I could also change it to something much simpler”.

One of my tasks for my flash class was to create a website of my liking. Off course I took the opportunity to make a portfolio and make it usable for other venues. Well, the class was basic and the navigation options offered by the professor were, for lack of a better word, ugly. The professor told me to buy a template (which can be a little pricey for your own use). Wow, I was designing a website on photoshop and I just needed to add some bullet characters and I realized, I do not know where they are!!! I know on Dreamweaver and Illustrator, but are the special characters on Photoshop? Do not know. So I did what I always do and looked up on Google to see if anyone knew a keyboard shortcut.
